That is ABSOLUTELY not TRUE that Duck Eggs and Chicken Eggs have the sane macronutrients (protein and fat). Duck Eggs have more of both. So the higher Vitamin D content is not because the fat is more bioavialble. Actually they have significantly more fat.

You overcomplicate: all those glucose loaded 'food' are there to poison people because they are way too much exposed to pesticides while being very hard to digest which is EXACTLY what a government wants: billions of people sleepy digesting 'food' not physiologically compatible.

Conclusiob: eat eggs, meat, vegs fruits and avoid grains + anything not present in Nature unprocessed. Why? Because the body will have to isolate its components / nutrients to use them so the more complex the more time to digest so the sleepiest you will be.

I live in England and I rarely come across duck eggs, but whenever I do I always buy them because I preffer the taste to chicken eggs.

However I think I'm very much in the minority because all my friends preffer chicken eggs 🥚.

Great information!! Is the test has been done on cook eggs or raw eggs?
Thank you .

Ducks eat a lot of minnows that's probably one of the reasons why their egg nutrient profile is so much better especially the vitamin D

I just made duck eggs for this first time today because my aunt brought me some and they are better in my opinion. Thanks !

I love my duck eggs, and I have the choice between double yolk duck eggs or single yolk! We have them available all year round at two of my local farms and the price difference is minimal here in my region of Canada at least compared with organic cage free chicken eggs.

@LoveWinsMovement

any idea if duck eggs are a viable option for someone who has a low level allergy to the whites of chicken eggs?

I went to Highschool with Mike O'Hearn. He stuck up for me when during hard times with my classmates at Juanita High. (Go Rebels)
But I raise my own chickens. Many benefits. They also keep the weeds in the yard down (if you have a big yard that's a big plus). But the yokes are much yellower. They like to eat bugs which are soo rich in minerals and protein. Everybody loves my eggs.

Being a small scale duck farmer, this is my favorite video! Thank you for sharing this information. I started, getting the ducks as pets and then really started researching their eggs once they started laying and realized the benefits. Very little difference in taste. And it makes you more comfortable knowing what they have been fed

My Q is if a person is sensitive to eggs are duck 🦆 eggs a viable substitute? Thank you

Can people with egg allergies eat duck eggs? Are eggs just eggs?

@timjeffries1555
@

(Harry) I agree, but the cost, for me that is, outweighs the benefits. I'm really into the protein and low on fat right now because my body is now fat adapted and I really don't need the fat that much. But I do need the D vit. But again it comes down to the cost. I'll basically just take my D vit pill. Great information Thanks again.

Where can I get fresh duck eggs in Linden, New Jersey?

@Skiskiski
@

I found a farmer that sells duck eggs for cheap. Pasture-raised and everything, $3.50 per dozen. I got lucky but that may be an avenue for some people to look at. They're definitely more expensive at farmers markets or wherever you can find them.

Duck eggs are delicious. Since they're noticeably bigger than chicken eggs, I don't eat as many in one sitting.

Any info on goose eggs, besides the fact they're harder to find, expensive, and delicious?

Feeding chickens a vegetarian diet is, arguably, animal cruelty. Any producer that boasts of it is a fool at least, setting aside any moral issues. Then again, there are surely consumers who insist on eggs from chickens deprived of animal food, even if it’s only insects and worms… perhaps not so foolish if one’s trying to make a profit.

@markiangooley
@

Duck eggs make delicious scrambled eggs and omelets. To me they taste much better than chicken eggs, even when both are from pastured fowl. Hard to get where I live. Some farmers’ markets have them here (not the last time I checked: the usual farmer had stopped showing up) but I do volunteer work now on Saturdays and can’t go to the markets.

Great video. I’ve seen a few top chefs compete over making the best omelette. The winners secret ingredient was including 1 duck egg with 2 chicken eggs. It’s just richer and more flavourful

" Meat, poultry, fish, and eggs rose 10.5%, the most drastic increase among food items.  ""   There goes the diet .

@VinnyBully

I find duck eggs compete pricewise because I of their size. I eat 2 duck eggs vs 3 XL chicken eggs.

@robburgess4556

Duck egg shells are much thicker, the yolks are bigger (and very tasty) and the whites are much more fluffy. Ducks eggs are always 'pasture' raised since that is how ducks live.

@boink800

Sorry, Thomas, not going out of my way to find duck eggs.

@jackwalter5030
