I literally dont watch through youtube video's, but something about your voice makes it interesting yet relaxing to watch and take in even not seeing the the person. Thank you for these video's, ive just came across your video's, preparing for a trip and you've made that prep less overwhelming 👍

We somehow stacked a bunch of Disney deals and ended up with a free dining plan. My wife and kids LOVE the character dining. Literally every sit-down we did was character dining. Which was insanely fun but I think I lived off two servings of oatmeal for days after we got back and felt the need to move my annual bloodwork out a couple days.

The strawberry dole whip float is amazing!!

My plan in my upcoming solo trip with 6 signature dining dinners planned is just over $1050 including tip and tax. Granted I am planning specifically for this.

When I was a AP holder, I would allot the amount of the dinning plan divided per day and try to stick to it. The table service plan always seemed like too much food. Especially, when it was with an appetizer and a dessert.

In 2020, our family of 4 went for 10 days and spent just under $3100 on food. We splurged on a table service for both breakfast and dinner each day. Lunch was snacks or quick service. I wouldn't change that the next time we go. We loved experiencing all the different restaurants around DW. We're also foodies, so chicken tenders and fries for every meal just doesn't cut it. we are food FOMO people!

Hi, actually here in Europe, if we book any disney hotel for 7 days we get for free a Quick service but wiith only 1 quick meal + snack + drink

I absolutely love Cinderella Royal Table !

I felt like when we went last November the portions were too much. This time my husband and I are sharing.

Will definitely recommend the superb dinner at Liberty Tree/Diamond Horseshoe. If one is full, just go to the other: they share a kitchen and the menu is identical.
Also very highly recommend the superb breakfast at Ale and Compass: one of the best meal deals in WDW.

i like the orange dowlip myself, but that's the one i had in Disney.

I absolutely love the Kids meal option. It's usually half the price but also comes with a drink and a side. And because you are saving both money and stomach space it allows me to add on a dessert guilt free =).

Definitely easy to split if you are used to not eating big portions. Mom and I were there in April and we split almost all of the "snacks" / Quick service meals. Def saves you $$$$

And there is no snacking not for there prices really lunch only as a floridan if your trying to impress family diner other wise eat out of park it's way to hot to snack crazy if ypur like me if I'm hot I csnt eat

If you have kids and they need breakfast ok guess u eat at the hotels but I don't eat breakfast nor does my parents so for lunch I find some cheap burgers that's it then either we eat dinner off site for less or maybe we book a sit down place but for every place in disney I get better food and price outside

I’ve ordered a kids meal at a Disney sit down restaurant before. But I think I was charged the adult prize (and probably got more food), so probably doesn’t help for this video lol

Mickey not so scary Halloween party seemed to be all sweets not a lot of actual meal options. I think the lounge places have the best options for meals as quick service often have repetitive options after awhile burgers, chicken tenders, tacos or some sort of taco. I do love the festivals at Epcot. I would love dfb to do a series of ordering eating and rating at every restaurant

Highly recommend Space 220 for families with kids. The “out of this world” special effects wowed our grandkids. And the adults! Food great, too!

Topillos breakfast! Skipper canteen, scifi at Hollywood studies, and then regal eagle or any food and wine booths.

I can't stand the flavor of pineapple (or coconut or hazelnut) so my life is rough xD But I hope to find a yummy dole whip all the same! Lemon & lime sounds delicious!

Fun fact: At Disneyland Paris, most restaurants are prix fixe only, and even when they're not and have the option of a la carte, you are still required to order at least two courses. It's because meals tend to take 1,5-2 hours there, and if you come in and have only a drink and a dessert, you're outta there within 30 minutes and they have an empty table they can't fill in the meantime and they're missing out on income, and it's a shame for people wanting to eat the food but who couldn't get a reservation. It's nice that drinks are the same price at WDW wherever you go, though. At DLP it depends on where you get it. For example at Hotel Santa Fe it's €4,30 for a Fanta, at Hotel New York €6, at Walt's an American Restaurant €5, and at the Disneyland Hotel it's €9 for that same Fanta.

We're going for 14 nights so trying to budget for food was very daunting because we were always gonna worry we wouldn't have enough. Then free dining plan deals came and we got to upgrade our hotel from POP Century to Animal Kingdom Lodge with a full dining plan. We technically spent the dining plan money on the hotel upgrade and we are unlikely to break even (we wouldn't have paid for it outright) but 1) no stress about food costs as almost everything is covered and 2) we get to stay in a hotel we are genuinely excited about. Win-win! Our plan is to have a late (character) breakfast (because it's the safest for us foodwise) most mornings, with like a quick croissant/muesli bar when we get up, then snacks for lunch, and then quick service for dinner so we can go with the flow in the evenings. Fingers crossed it'll work out for us and that we can get all the reservations we want! Just over a year to go now! (originally we were going in 3 days but we had to postpone)

If you’re worried about budgeting for food here, don’t bother going.

You’re going to get ripped off.

This video was a good as usual, However what it didn't cover was, what if you are a solo adult, and/or a group of adults Only. How about that? Another option I did when I was there in Feb of 2023, [Gals trip, just 4 Adult persons], was to utilize Disney Gift cards. I had one for Just food & beverages and a separate gift card for just Merch. Now, that was my Very First Time Ever to DW so I wanted to indulge ( and I did!!!) I had $1,000.00 on the F&B card and $800 on the Merch card. I know that sounds like a lot for just me, however it gave me the freedom to treat my friends when I wanted to and to treat myself when I wanted to!! Ditto with the Merch card as well.

I love the DFB food videos. We only eat at quick service restaurants and love snacking around all the parks - especially Epcot during a festival.

If you are snacking with a family of 4, consider spending $40 - $60. You may also want a beverage. Some treats can be $10.00+. That is a lot of money for a snack.
