@LegendoftheGalacticHeroi make croissant with sourdough as well but i also added a bit of commercial yeast as it didn't work out for me to rely on sourdough only (the sourdough is added for better flavour), i personally like the taste better than regular croissant

@liamwindsor5854Went there today and the people working didn't really know what we were talking about. We tried the croissants and weren't that impressed, so many little places in Paris with truly magnificent and special croissants. The charcoal baguette is cool though! :)
