But please understand one thing clearly:
You are not your thoughts.
When a negative or sexual thought comes,
donโt fight it immediately.
Just pause for a moment and ask yourself:
โWhy I have to do this?โ
That single question is enough.
It creates a little space in the mind.
And if its continue ask next question as
"God gave me the private parts to use for my own then why should I have to think like this? " And mostly you felt calm little at this stage and next remember this always....
reproductive action is a life's one process and not a constant thing to do
Our real goal in life is not pleasure or avoidance,
but to remain peaceful in happiness and in pain. And for that we need one empty space in mind
For this a simple mantra can help
โAUM Namah Shivayaโ and you can use this mantra at any time any situation and any place the thing is we have to say it by feel....
Say it slowly, in your mind or loudly if possible
then sit with a few seconds of silence you felt.
That silence is not emptiness โ
it is alert calmness.
Use that calmness
to return to do your actions and your life.
You are not weak.
You are not broken.
You are learning.
Slowly. Steadily.
Peace is on your side. ๐ฟ
