Artists often complain about DSP royalty payouts. Here are the two of the most common reasons why you think the payouts suck:
1.) Your music simply isn't getting streamed enough. Make better music and learn to market yourself. Music is a volume game.. you have to scale to a point where the money is significant. Your art doesn't have inherent, monetary value. The market dictates its value.
yo I go inline and search up my name and see you
2.) Everyone is taking a piece of your pie. The label, your manager, business manager, producers, and sometimes even attorney's & mix engineers have a hand in your gross income. You think the payouts suck, but you're only getting a sliver.
The biggest problem is not the DSP's (though I do have my qualms), but the fact that ARTISTS don't understand how the money is made or WHERE THEIR MONEY IS GOING. That is a critical part of any business, and if you're not paying attention.. you're going to get bulldozed.
dude you are breathtaking!

(About this one)
I know big labels and youtube promoters and channels , that don't even pay to music producers....... their royalties in exchange of promotion , these youtube channels are big already mostly in "edm" everybody will know wich ones are.... and producers blinded for a few views on youtube gave their fucking rights to these labels and just got scammed without % of royalties from youtube or spotify ( and other platforms that paid more)

Great breakdown of how Spotify and other streaming platforms pay artists like you. Always wondered how beneficial streaming is to the artist.
