Oh, I see why people vote for socialism now. Because this is all a scam, LOL. No hard work involved. Just trading one asset for another another and gaming appreciation. How about we change these rules to benefit society at large, rather than give one person the ability to money glitch at everyone elses expense. For example, here is a radical idea, billionaires shouldn't be able to buy large amount of real estate. They don't need it. People do, working families. A working family wouldn't care that blackrock needs a single family home to produce rental income for a REIT because housing is a place of shelter for an actual family who wants to plant their roots into a community and stay there to grow into it to be apart of it for generations. Feel free to call me a socialist because I am if advocating for family values cuts into your need to make a profit if it means pricing out a dude who starts off as a construction worker on minimum wage. By all means, fuck the poor fuck, he can keep building the houses for blackrock to lord over, but never be able to live where he works because the houses start off north of $700k. I guess the construction worker can slave themselves to be good over a decade and move somewhere else ! Lmao, it doesnt have to be this way, but people vote this way. 😂

@francinvestsremember folk, the method is for rich to use debt...not broke paycheck to paycheck to use debt.
@iamufriendOkay but how are they gonna pay back the loans they take?
Yeah they put their assets as collateral in case they can’t pay the bank back the loans but they still gotta sell some pieces of their assets to get cash in liquid in order to pay back their lenders which also means they’ll trigger some tax fees in the process so they don’t actually avoid paying taxes entirely, they just don’t pay as much as regular people with a W2. Am I missing something here?
This is so true
@UnseenBodyCamCasesEat the rich!
@bryanleovyI like the good debt!
@TheFund-FactsRich getting richer
@RichifyDoctrineBut when you borrow to buy a rental property, you have to pay it back and maintenance comes out of your pocket.
@HodenkatGreat breakdown of how debt can actually be a tool for wealth! 💡 This really changed how I think about leveraging opportunities thanks for the clear explanation!
@aanya.r_malhotraMy head hurts right now
@FredJ20915% yearly intrest....which bank gives u so cheap...😂😂......
Book insect
Problem you have to be rich to start 😂
@EBMproductions1Ok ones question, how to you get a bank to loan you 100000 bucks when you make 21 an hour?
@danielfox2635Rich people get richer because they buy or own things that everyone needs, the government makes it illegal to do anything for yourself unless you pay them and then they give you welfare that you have to use to buy goods or services from rich people. Government uses debt to fund welfare, this is inflation of the money supply, infinite money print for people that own assets. If people took control of their own lives and created their own wealth through the vast encyclopaedia of knowledge we all have available to us today there would be no ultra wealthy.
@NashvilleAustraliaSure. Many rich do helpout...but at.the same.time they exploit and increase the gap. Their stance...they worked for it and anyone can get rich..BS. if they really want to help...someone like Elon could give 1 Million to each household pr.family. how much wealth does one person need. ELON! Building your E truck is not a necessity of life for people..especially as few.can. afford it.

@srfin24You wrong you still going to pay taxes from the money your business is generating you pay taxes on your income no matter if you did borrow money or not the taxes is related to your income not to the money you did borrow from the bank you pay the interest and you pay the taxes because the bank has nothing to do with taxes you pay Luan and interest and the taxes if it was easy like this video say everybody becomes rich but the reality something else and about elon musk he was rich from the beginning and his father is rich and you fools believe the bullshit of from 0 to trillions lol 😆 you don't become rich by legal business you take dirty money and turn it to legal clean money
@ALGERIANSBROTHERS46📡Usury is bad 😊🛰
@InannaOfTheWatchTowerIt's an all happy happy thing in illusions. There are always losses. And u will get stressed out for repayment on debt
@neam3932don't forget the important part is that Elon musk actually makes money from the assets he has. you can't really use debt to get richer if the "asset" you gained from the debt isn't making you any money
@kw2062Didn’t Elon lose money wen he did the balcony salute of Germany or just the investors
@ConneryellsIt really is simple
@DiegoAsrael-y5dWhat if ur business fail or didn't generate income like in my case 😂
@obrezzydabossAnd thats why we have so many homeless people now. Thank You, "Filthy" Rich.
@MagiMystikThe reason very wealthy people get "debts" is very different than a regular persons 😅, it's like comparing apples to oranges
@4ce5bf154How do you borrow money with no collateral?
@MikeCalieate-ey3kiQuestion:
1. Who and Where to borrow that has low interest ?
2. Do i need collateral or guarantor ?
3. Where to invest ?
If you don't know these things, then dont go debt
Best👍👍👍👍 to date you🙏🙏 want to be in my own place and🇨🇳🇨🇳🇨🇳 I don't think it is my own business and the 🇺🇸🇺🇸USA my own place and not only one person
@BuddhakumariRaiJust like politician business people who have rendered many banks into literal liquidation, causing depositors to go nuts. It is very common in LDC countries like ours.
@g.michaelrodriques2030I met a trust lawyer over drinks once. He was already five drinks in when he said, “You know why the elite don’t fear inflation, audits, or politics? Because they operate by different rules. Silent rules.” He wasn’t selling anything. He just scribbled on a napkin: The Silent Laws of Cash Power. I tracked it down. Read it twice. After that, I stopped looking for better income strategies. I started learning how to reduce ownership, create legal distance, and build invisible leverage. The real game is quiet- and this book hands you the map.
@DevHatiI met a guy in Panama three years ago who retired at 35. I asked what he invested in, thinking he’d say crypto or real estate. Instead, he just laughed and said, “Most people never learn the silent laws.” He handed me a copy of The Silent Laws of Cash Power and said, “You’ll either ignore this or never forget it.” That book made me realize… cashflow isn’t just about income. It’s about position, structure, and knowing which rules apply to you- and which ones don’t.
@swai_spuniyaI found The Silent Laws of Cash Power in a weird way- mentioned in a Reddit thread that got deleted a few hours later. No hype, no funnel, no reviews. Just raw ideas that flipped my thinking on money completely. It doesn’t give you steps. It gives you truths. Stuff that explains why some people break through with less effort, and why others grind forever with nothing to show. It’s not motivational. It’s liberating.
@AmanParjapat-o4qBack when I thought I was doing well, I stumbled into a circle of guys who weren’t loud, weren’t flashy- but had private jets and no social media. One of them said, “There’s a book that breaks down the laws nobody’s supposed to talk about. Not tax loopholes- power dynamics.” He was talking about The Silent Laws of Cash Power. I found a PDF. I read it in one sitting. It’s the kind of book that feels like it shouldn’t exist- but once you read it, nothing about the money system surprises you anymore.
@vibe.lyrics.__1A private wealth advisor once told me: “The ones who disappear didn’t go broke- they read The Silent Laws of Cash Power and moved in silence.” That quote haunted me until I found the book. It reads like a manual for ghosts: trusts, holding corps, banking techniques that don’t exist on your timeline. After that, I stopped posting and started positioning.
@TaksheelxssYtThe real freedom begins when your name no longer connects to the assets you control- when your liabilities can’t find you. That’s what The Silent Laws of Cash Power taught me. It’s not a book about finance. It’s a book about removal. Removing risk. Removing traceability. Removing the assumption that you need to be visible to be powerful. It’s like a manual for the shadows- and I’ve never moved the same since.
@VishalSharma-m2l4nI used to think leverage meant debt or influence. Then someone sent me a link to The Silent Laws of Cash Power with no explanation. Halfway through the book I realized… I’ve been making money in public, while the real players do it in silence, inside the lines, but outside the spotlight. After that book, I started structuring differently. Not earning more- but controlling more. Huge difference.
@NehalRajith-q7fI was introduced to The Silent Laws of Cash Power through a burner email sent after a heated debate in a sovereignty group chat. No pitch. Just: “This is what you’re looking for.” It read like it was written for people already halfway out of the system- people who know that wealth without protection is just exposure. After finishing it, I started asking different questions. Not “how can I earn more?” but “how can I move without leaving fingerprints?” If you know, you know.
