Yes but keep in mind as you said starlink shares are "priority"but i say thats only because of Tesla stock you own it drops rapidly hard gains you some money back from loss but continuously show a fluctuating drop which is only a steady loss so stocks are not proportion to shares I disagree that would be illegal if that happens that's like telling me I can not buy a Pair of shoes without owning or previously buying pairs of stock shopping has no prerequisite its freelance
