How to cope after a mental breakdown.
Thanks
70% adults have felt vulnerable, overwhelmed and unable to cope with the stress, panic attack and suffer a nervous breakdown. (Mental and emotional breakdown) Mental health is not difficult and you can recover from this with help, support after a mental breakdown.
What is a nervous breakdown?
It literally feels like the end of the world. You may even say something like, 'I need to go to the hospital.' You may not even know or be sure for what or even why you need to go to the hospital. You just have this feeling inside like, 'I need to go to the hospital' due to stress and breakdown.
You may say something like, 'I'm breaking down, having a psychotic break’. Yet you may not even know what exactly breaking down is, not know the solution for a nervous breakdown is!!! This increases the fear and the stress taking place inside which is physical, mental, and emotional. It's as if all of these experiences--physical, mental, emotional--are at 'capacity' and because outwardly everything in life 'looks the same' (as it did before, when you weren't feeling this way), the outer and inner experiences don't correspond, increasing the fear and stress you feel inside yourself.
You may say something like, 'What's happening to me? (how to deal with a nervous breakdown) I feel like I'm going crazy. I don't even know who I am or what I'm doing and why I'm doing this...'
How to solve a nervous breakdown?:
Mental or nervous breakdowns are often triggered by a need for change. Everything says, 'Time for change.' In this case, the person meets a choice-point----get better/change or get rid of what they presume has brought them to this point.
Shame is a big factor people feel when they ask themselves questions: What to do about a nervous breakdown? What will happen if I say I have nervous, mental health issues?
It effects your career, relationships, your finances and these cumulative effects of stress and be devastating. 75% of people are being affected by this.
Post-traumatic growth- Too often we think there is no right time to talk about mental health problems. But this is Mental health awareness week and its no shame to talk about your problems. Conversation is a big part of your mental health or nervous breakdown recovery.
Reflecting: find out the thing that is causing your issues
Responding: react, make a plan-walk your dog, jog,
Repeating: repeat it till you start to feel in control like 10 minutes of meditation per day
Its okay to talk about it when you feel stressed or overwhelmed. Those who suffer have opportunities to learn how to take care of themselves first, resolve people pleasing issues, learn to like themselves and that they 'matter' and they 'count', and bring themselves the nurturing comfort, and attention they need to feel healthy, loving ways that serve physical, emotional, and mental balance. This can lead to a more present-moment focus, through which the habit of 'taking on too much' is naturally transformed to asking and receiving what you need here, right now, making choices that serve you here, right now. That’s right, doing only what's right in front of you, completing the task at hand, and then letting it go because it is completed.
There is little concern then about the past or the future, which tends to overwhelm and bring fear. There's less desire to 'get something from 'out there' which leads to stress and anxiety. You know you have everything you need here, right now. You're not alone. You can handle the given moment perfectly.
