No need to walk on eggshells if you're looking to make scrambled eggs or your favorite homemade cookies — take a crack at this simple task.

Step 1: Hold egg

Step 2: Rap the egg

Step 4: Drop egg into bowl

Whenever I try to pull the shell apart, it won't. So I gradually use more force, until my thumbs break the crack open and go into the egg, instead of pulling it apart.
