And how can we find it in our daily lives? Explore steps you can take to increase your chances of finding flow.

So basically i am unconsciously entering my flow always

I could not concentrate on the audio because the animation looked like a horror movie advertisement. While I like horror movies, the people/creatures in this video were very distracting. I will try to listen to the video on my phone with the phone in my pocket.

Update on my previous comment. There may be a cultural difference in the reaction to the animation style. I showed the video to my wife (who really does not like horror movies) and she said the video is NOT scary. She said she sees videos like that all the time. (She is Japanese and came to America when she was 19 years old. I have lived in America my whole life.)

This video was 4 minutes of talking about what flow is and only less than 1 minute for how to enter flow state. What a waste of time.

Highlights
- Challenge yourself but balance it with current skill level
- Set clear & achievable goals (know the outcome)
- Find/build a quiet environment
- Break the task into small and specific parts; stack them systematically from easy to hard level ( u will get the feeling of making progress)
As feedback plays a critical role in engagement

The part most people miss about flow state is that it has a physiological prerequisite. Your nervous system has to be in a specific zone between too relaxed and too activated. Breathing is the fastest way to get there. When you breathe at roughly 5.5 breaths per minute (about 5.5 seconds in, 5.5 seconds out), your heart rate variability reaches coherence. That coherence state is the biological foundation of flow. Too much sympathetic activation and you get anxiety. Too much parasympathetic and you get drowsy. The sweet spot is where the two branches of your autonomic nervous system oscillate in rhythm. I facilitate breathwork sessions and the number of people who report entering flow states more easily after learning to control their breathing rate is remarkable. It makes sense when you understand the physiology. Flow is not random. It is a state you can set up by getting your nervous system into the right gear first.

Just a reminder that Jesus loves you all!❤

~ If you want to get to know Him better, you can start by reading the 4 Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. He saved me when I was at my lowest, so now I just want to spread His word and reach people with the same love and grace that I was given. Much love and God bless!
