@Umarlinez12:34 I did not take a shower before bed
@Umarlinez11:50 alr i went out of my blanket and rolled up my trousers
@Umarlinez1I tried all of these suggestions over the years and the only thing that worked was simply sleeping less. So by the time its time sleep im so tired that i fall asleep in a couple of minutes every time. Maybe its not the most healthy, but rolling in bed for 3 hours not being able to sleep isnt healthy either so whatever. My technique works for me.

Everyone relates to the brain's ultimate betrayal: being exhausted all day but becoming wide awake at bedtime to review every life mistake. From scottcu's classic fear that 'sticking one leg out of the blanket invites monsters,' to mistaking a pile of clothes on a chair for a ghost, it proves one thing: the advice to 'turn off your phone' is completely ignored while everyone watches this at 3 AM!
