How To Learn So Fast It’s Almost Unfair
Video Overview & Insights

Just a short overview of the video and learning strategies that work well:
Compile:
Select what you need to know the most (20% of content, 80% of what you need to know) and choose to delve deeper based on your time constraints.
Consume:
"You can't learn something new until you connect it to something you already know". Follow the learn -rest at various levels: ten-second pauses connecting it to things you already know. Also, try this: only look at the headings of the topic/lesson; then after a while (maybe after your break) fill in the gaps. The human brain will prioritize retaining this information because it explains concepts previously confusing concepts.
Consolidate:
Remember it by resting, sleeping. Also spaced repetition; review it again every once in a while to remember it over a long period of time.
From growing up in Mumbai to graduating from MIT and becoming a former CEO, I learned one skill that changed everything: how to learn faster than everyone else. In this video, I break down why intelligence is no longer the real advantage in an AI-driven world, speed of learning is.
I’ll introduce the Three C Protocol, a simple system designed to help you learn, retain, and apply knowledge at a top-1% level. Backed by real-world examples and cognitive science, you’ll see how your brain actually learns, why rest matters more than repetition, and the exact steps to upgrade how you acquire new skills.

Hi Sir, I regularly follow your videos. I like how you keep things simple and easy to understand and follow. I have a humble request: please make a video about creating YouTube videos and the tools that you use. This will help me and millions of other users build this skill! Thanking you in advance for considering! 😊
More User Perspectives
Veey helpful sir. Thanks
@Warlock-z6oBy watching this video, I really embrace myself for unlocking the potential of me, which matches with your core techniques, and yes, this video was really a great push for me.
@nencyrana8758I thought I'd just get bored and distracted while watching, just like with every other videos. But this one has been very enriching and inspiring, thank you so much!

@AbouToure-p9pThat was so amazing how you put everything together. So relaxing and easy to understand.
@Sandtorrey1Too much noise
@pedro22233thank you 💜💡🫡
@MardieLuna-m2nHow to understand which is 20/
@AneekaHussain-o3b4iThank you for your insight into the process of learning and making it appealing
@Warriors5thMind😊
@bakkom9763So this guy has cameras follow him around?
@therealmauriziodangeloThis video is amazing.
@WaldoDaneelIn China you have kids who master piano Grade 8 (aka Performance grade), you have kids who won mathematics Olympics like a cake walk and you also see kids who smash public the exams like a piece of tofu, but many of them are unable to create with their skills, get a a proper job, and ultimately unable to take care of themselves just like Kim Peek. They just proved a point that intelligence and ability to memorize things can't make a someone a genius, but the ability to use the information, the knowledge and rapidly retreiving them when needed matters.
@gabl8a89Thank you so much for this valuable information you help me a lot
@leofishing897Good thing for me neurodivergent brain already associates patterns & recalls memories by attaching it to a memory! Finally my add in a good for something! 👏🏾
@Heavenly_HandsYour videos are boring and not easy and viewer friendly as others. But the video quality is really nice.
@CoastalPearl9Sir I am not english but you speak best sir I am understanding you speaking sir I am kannading
@praveentarival5971Sir, your talk is very usefull❤
@beautydas5366I need to rewatch this video please bring me back ❤❤❤❤
@zeadashraf7671❤❤❤
@anoojafaustine2480Any 15y form india?¿?
@KrishnaxenoTeach to Learn is the most powerful. Got through college by tutoring peers and the beauty of it is I retained almost all that i taught.
Reading worked but only temporarily. Sometimes i teach myself if i don't have anyone to teach.
As a software developer, sometimes I talk myself through my mental blocks. I look at my solution as a third party and explain it to myself like I dont know then boom something comes and that easily my mental block is gone
How did you fail in college and still be a CEO? You went to different schools?
@Nothing__2xSubscribed liked and thank you really really good video
@safihacks5602Love your videos
@iamRitiksharmaMasterclass and game changer , thanks a lot
@abdirahman.tradesBoring
@kostailijev5405One thing I'd learn is:
Stop racing other people
Whiles learning, be the performer and not the critique. Not both at the same time
Give yourself some time 😊
This is my algorithm prepping me for all the math required for my Wildlife Biology degree.
@Willdabeest97I still didn’t anything after watching this?
@benonryan109510:06 "research says" what research? nothing shows up on screen, no links in the description, how are we supposed to trust you when you show no evidence regarding your sources?
@dirtinatorOverall video is very good but if possible please give some notes about this video so its remembers in upcoming days 😊
@Next.Tech12I claim this energy and I will get an internship at the end of this month.
@richa._297#1 how do you know what is important that book?
@franksylva9031Thank you so much for this. I have used this method for decades and I can attest to the fact that it works. If you can teach a complex concept to someone, you have truly mastered the idea. This principle is the cornerstone of the Feynman Technique, a proven method of active learning developed by the Nobel Prize-winning physicist Richard Feynman. Many many thanks for this video --- it's brilliant!
@655LuckyCompress: Only select the 20% of the concept or idea that matters. Focus only on this. Your brain
can only focus on 2-4 things at a time — no more. So choose the most important concept and focus
on those 2-4 items.
2. Association: You cannot learn something new until you connect it to something you already
Know. Ask yourself: Where have I seen this before? How does it connect to something I already know.
Connect a new move to an old pattern.
3. Chunking: Take these 2-4 ideas and compress them into a model. It could be a drawing or song. This prevents
Us from getting overwhelmed. We must compress before we consume.
4. Compile: The 99% trap is that we focus on the goal of hoarding information and mistake consumption
For learning. Three ways to compile: A. The timer; B. The Test and C. The Tools. The timer is about managing
Your learning cadence. This is called the Ultradian Cycle. The brain operates in 90 min cycles & then it needs to
Rest for at least 20 minutes. The Test: Most people learn for six weeks or 6 months followed by a test — this is a
Mistake. In AI, we have agile development where everything is in a two-week sprint. Learn - Test - Learn - Test..shorten the
Cycle. Pick a concept — learn it and Test. Pick another concept — learn it — and test. How do we test?
5. Tools: There are three favourites: #1. Slow Burn. If you are learning something physical like a guitar, do it
At an excruciating slow pace with lots of repetition. Focus on every micro move…the slower you play,
The faster you will learn.
#2: Immersion: Practice in front of real people.
#3: Teach to Learn: This is the boss tool.
In order to learn something, teach it to someone else. Even lecture the wall or plant, as if you are giving a
Ted Talk. This is learning, internalizing and connecting and reframing. Rinse and Repeat.
6. Consolidate: Now consolidate it to retain what you have just learned. Learning is a two-stage process:
Stage #1: Focus: Send the request to your brain and re-wire
Stage
#2: Rest. This is the most important. This is where consolidation happens. Rest at the micro and macro
Level. The learning cycle is Work — Rest — Work — Rest — Work — Rest
This one of the most valuable videos I’ve watched.
@Wickson.01Merci pour le partage !
@Kondo12Tysm New Sub here🎉😊
@manifest.natasha1987Stop racing other people -> i cant retain what i learn at all and i have a friend who learns anything he reads instantly and remembers it for lifetime but even though he is my friend i cant help but feel envy and jealousy.
@barry1553The best teacher i ever had , love you back!
