Hei Chris how you handle orientation like you release your app for ipad too or skip and just use iphone. Like I seen now they kind of require all orientation for ipad. They removed the full screen setting, and it's even depracated if you want to set it in info, and soon starting with ios 27 we even need a launch screen?

Lesson 3 Xcode project:
Chris I made my first app and now excited about learning more. Im trying to build an audio extension app to run in AUM but after days of doing what I think is correct they just don't load up in AUM. I really don't know what im doing and codex has been great. Is there any tips or links you could share that will help me build an audio app that I can run inside apps like AUM. I do start with an audio unit extension app for project but my lack of knowledge is getting me down.

Thanks for the great tutorial! As a heads up, when it came to loading the app I was required to enable developer mode on my phone, then reboot it, then add myself as a trusted developer. XCode was good about walking me through that process.

Back in high school 15+ years ago, I messed around with Python and a little bit of Java. I loved it, but I had to put it aside as soon as I got into grad school. Since then, I've tried multiple times getting back into coding/programming with my free time over the years and I've found that most of what I was interested in coding back then can now be done in seconds with AI. So, that killed any interest and motivation I had to relearn and learn the code.
Fortunately, a friend of mine told me about you after she told me to look into making iOS apps and explained how simple it is to learn Xcode with Claude... I watched the entire video in a single day because it was engaging and incredibly easy to follow. My interest has shifted from [learning code to be creative] to [being creative while learning code].
Thank you, Chris.

I’m a complete beginner in programming and have no prior knowledge in this field. Could you recommend a video that would be helpful for me at this stage of my learning?

Best,
Hi Chris! I just wanted to say thank you, and that this is the first time I've ever watched a programming tutorial and actually LEARNED the material enough to open my own blank project and be able to (at least kind of) know what I'm doing. For that, I'm so subscribing to your channel, and I cannot wait for more tutorials and guides like this!
Hope you have a great day :)
Can you show us how to upload it to the App Store
@Joshd2066what other languages than Swift one can use to build iOS app with Xcode ?
@fakadaapadaTruly a great teacher! I subscribed to gave you like
Great teacher, thanks.
@meditationwithjakeI have an option that says persistence under content view.
@Joshd2066why my xcode does not have code assistant ?
my xcode 26.6
Something Chris missed, if you don't see the iPhone selection, you have to download iOS for phones or iPads separately.
@NoneOfyourBusiness468Doing this as a home school assignment is the closest thing to hell that isn't hell, which is actually unfortunate considering I'd rather be in Hell right now instead of just blindly staring at whatever I'm looking at here.
@griefedgraveYTjust subbed as well ❤
@FadoGhanithanks again, Chris 🙏
@FadoGhaniGreat video. Really helpful. Your terminology threw me off a little. It's actually brackets, braces, and parentheses.
@billymartin6497Turning on code folding ribbon is also very helpful
@VforVendetta1I am so thankful for those Tutorial Videos, THANKS
