Hi Bonni! I made your recipe months ago, and I can definitely confirm that it is really good. I used the Pisti brand for the pistachio as well. I am rewatching this as we speak, because I am going to make it again. ๐

Ash Baber recently recreated Crumble's brownie spin on this treat using biscoff cookie butter instead. I'm planning to follow Ash's recipe but add the original pistachio back into the flavor profile!

@tatianafarajallah8931Is butter a must? I see some recipes say its not and also i keep over cooking my kataifi :(
@ebzzzzzzI tried making this today - of all the videos I've watched for this bar, yours seemed the easiest and you explained everything wonderfully. Question though: on your recipe, are the measurements correct? Because 1 cup of Pistachio Cream to 4 cups of kataifi did not give me the same creamy mixture you get in this vid. Very far from it. :( I ended up adding a little more cream to it, and while it looks like it may work out (the bars are in the fridge), I still did not end up with the same creamy mixture.
@tayryn2I tried something like this from Osmows shawarma.. became my favourite chocolate instantly. Will be trying this out soon ๐ค๐ป๐ค๐ป

@mhjgh3834Hello! What brand of chocolate do you use/recommend? Thank you!!
@jillannevillarosa2599Well. ๐ My first try. Why I put the gold dust after the chocolate fill is beyond me๐ But I followed the rest of the recipe. Learned to temper chocolate. Awesome! Thank you, Bonni๐ค Waiting for my tasterโs to judge the Dubai Bar for me๐ Iโll let you know๐
@ezerica4yah330Off topic for this video but I couldn't find one that relates directly to the recipe I'm interested in. How hard is it to make Tablet? Have you ever made it? I see that my local grocery store carries it (imported) and $7 for 150g may be a bit expensive. The stirring may cause me permanent arthritis, if I attempt it though!
@suemackenzie7491I made this Dubai Chocolate bar yesterday and I can honestly say, after trying many recipies, yours is the easiest and most practical one. It did not take too much time and the end result was amazing. It's creamy, crunchy, and just perfect!!! ๐ ๐คฉ๐คฉ๐
