HOW TO MAKE TANDOORI CHICKEN TIKKA WITHOUT THE TANDOORI OVEN | MY SECRET RECIPE GIVEN AWAY!
Video Overview & Insights
HI GUYS,
Which mustard oil do you use, I know they all say for external use. Thanks
IN THIS AMAZING VIDEO I WILL SHOW YOU GUYS HOW TO MAKE THIS AMAZING RESTAURANT DISH IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME.
INGREDIENTS:
A very very big thank you again for your Tika and Tandoori videos . Can't wait to make them
1KG CHICKEN BREAST
1 TSP SALT
Nice. But I stopped watching when I say the Pataks appear! All the best.
1 TSP CRUSHED KASOORI METHI
2 TSP CHILLI POWDER
Ah well, no access to Pataks, so that's me out.
1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
Do you have a version of this with gravy?
1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1/2 TSP GARAM MASSALA POWDER
I hate bird breast for this reason: at least from the footage, it appeared dry. Thighs are the only way to fly! 😄✌️
(Don’t get me wrong, I sourced everything you listed, including all 3 jarred sauces! I’m makin this! 🤩👌)
1 & 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
1 TSP GARLIC
That’s absolutely banging mate!👌🤙
1 TSP GINGER
2 TBS LEMON JUICE
Thank you so much, great video dude. I'm making a chicken tikka/butter chicken type dish tonight and everyone was cooking the chicken differently. Also wasnt sure how to incorporate the kasuri methi properly so i appreciate that as well. This is my first time cooking indian food that isnt with a jarred sauce, so im very excited.
2 TSP MUSTARD PASTE
2 TSP TIKKA PASTE
Hi Latif, I love you recipes and been doing them for over a year now. Sadly, this one didnt come out too well for me. The mustard was too powerful, English Mustard and Mustard Oil, one of them needs to be removed. Keep up your videos, I really enjoy learning from you.
2 TSP TANDOORI PASTE
1 TSP KASHMIRI PASTE
They make 100 watt light bulbs now you know
2 TBS MUSTARD OIL
2 TBS GREEK YOGURT
I have a jar of "chinese" mustard that looks just like this, is it the same you think?
GHEE TO BRUSH ON THE CHICKEN
ANY VEGETABLE TO ROAST:
Oh my word! I followed your expert steps on now to make this and the results are phenomenal ! The flavour is awesome, I put just a little extra chilli for the kick.
Thank you for your time and skills for sharing this, much appreciated 🙏
1 SLICED ONION
1/2 PEPPER
My favourite thsnk you for sharing
2 TOMATO

I'd skip the mustard oil TBH, it's generally not considered food grade oil in the UK as it decomposes into harmful products easily. Other than that it looks good.
@scoops0406Trying this now in my newly built wood fired oven!
@JonniePolyesterHi Latif, I Simply Love All Ur Wonderful Gorgeous Dishes, Absolutely Mouth Watering,❤

@Alexis-c02My family love this, thanks Latif.❤
@deborahbrown8655Ok I made this today and cooked it in my ooni pizza oven at 400c stone temp and it was amazing. Flavour was as good as any mint restaurant. Slightly overcooked it letting it sit in the oven for a minute after I killed the flame, didn’t need it, next time will be perfect charred spicy chicken. Cheers, will be making this until I kick the bucket. 😂
@elliottrichmond6589Pretry sure eating burnt meat causes bowel cancer

@vicebeats8084He will be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME in running the FBI.
@Mike-fj2lnAssalamu alaykum bro. Thanks for giving us ideas to experiment with in the kitchen, I appreciate your cooking recipes and I've recently started watching your videos. I just wanted to mention as I found this out before, but for the brush you used to paint the ghee on at the end, those brushes one needs to watch out for as that cooking/baking brush bristles (and other cooking utensils with those same bristles) is actually made out of wild boar hair. Obviously that is impure and would affect the food making that haram and impure, so I recommend getting those alternative (silicon? i think) artificial brushes instead to brush/cook with.
I personally would also wash thoroughly any utensils its come into contact with and clean any surfaces too using water to purify it (in the kitchen and elsewhere). Whilst this is what I would do, please go ahead and check all this out with a person of knowledge you trust like an imam/sheikh/student of knowledge etc to confirm how to deal with all this (like if/how to purify utensils etc) as I'm not a person of knowledge, but I did want to respectfully advise in sha Allah as I noticed this. I hope you understand where I'm coming from and make sure to inform others too as its not really known amongst people!
Just also as an fyi, its also used in barbershops too e.g. in fade brushes and when they do wet shave. JazakAllahu Khayrun
