Thank you for simplifying the cases. ALthough, for the market entry; why wouldn't you consider NPV? In my opinion it doesn't take 30 years to get to say 100B. Market growth and increasing market share should be adjusted. The cases I have been through have been much more complicated than what am seeing here. Even market sizing, this is very broad top down approach. We need reasoning for why those assumptions and estimates.

@codeonlycodeThis is such a good start, I've never done any kind of consulting case interview and this helps a lot. In CS they prepare us to be more "technical" so we don't receive any kind of teaching about this
@thejhoxx4336This was exactly what I needed.
@HuongTrinh-y3nEverything was explained clearly.
@KonstantinYaskevich-q9vDid anyone else rewind that part?

@rebeccawelderYou are a LEGEND. Thank you!
@marcusms8185revenue is conflated with "pure profit".. pretty big mistake in first 6 min of the video.

@hammedtukurWhy did not u consider rivals in the market entry interview?
@118_debarghyaroy6Why in your second example do you say it would take 33 years to make profit? I thought it would take 37 (36.79 2dp)
@WaltzR1918This reminded me of my childhood, Anyone else?

@큐랑이-i8wThank you
@Being.comelyVery helpful and impressive content. I hope you keep posting regularly. Do you have a course, specifically targeted at structured thinking and problem solving, that I can take a look at? Thank you!
@arnabroy7934Where can I find cases for practice?any references please?
@man-annAny book for practice good no of cases?
@himanshigupta8252In the case of Pepsi and other consumer packaged goods you cannot ignore the "Product". Product acceptability is significantly influenced by both individual consumer preferences shaped by their palate and sensory perception as well as broader cultural biases. These factors determine how a product is perceived and whether it is accepted or rejected, impacting its success in the market.
@benjaminnzioki8815como jode el enfocar de la cámara
@joacocho2001Am I the only one to notice that 20% of 300Mn is not 6Mn but 60Mn and you took 2% of the total population in the market sizing case explanation?
