1)first impressions come once, be punctual, ,present yourself well aka hygiene and etc, be comfortable but don’t overshare , there is still that level of okay I’m still auditioning so I have to still be professional (don’t feel comfy badmouthing a superior to another ) and don’t bad mouth one rotation site to another one .folllow your superior orders and their direction unless your asked not to
Don’t have the competitive mentality with whoever’s with you in that rotation site , uplift eachother.
If you got nothing to do , go study or research or practice .(this ma’am held the door open for people )
Don’t interfere where you’re not involved
Always start with SOAP
Bring a card for your rotation supervisor or whoever was teaching you

@kellyclontz3796are you considering to do this kind of video for obgyn residents? with tips and tricks, helpful textbook references, helpful online platforms (i heard from you about truelearn for obgyn stuff and i do test almost every day now), maybe even talking about conferences - i mean, this days is the isuog conference, do you want to go to this kind of meeting in your furure, do you find them helpful at all and etc

I’m going through FM, IM, EM, obgyn, peds, and neuro clinics throughout the week and it feels like I never have enough knowledge for all of them 🥲 any advice would be appreciated!
@EnnieZhuThanks for this advice, Rachel! I'm an MS2 and I start clinical rotations next spring. I'm usually quite shy (especially in new settings with people I have not met) so the tip to walk in with confidence is something I'll remember!
