I BOUGHT an ABANDONED HOUSE & RENOVATED IT IN ONE YEAR | Start to Finish
Video Overview & Insights
I Bought an Abandoned House and Spent One year Renovating / Rebuilding It | Start to Finish Timelapse. This Timelapse shows rebuilding every room transforming it from an Old house into a New Home. The first months I focused on clearing the Land and House. I explain how much this dream home cost and how to build a house/foundation/bathroom etc.

@adzmiester85Hi. Thanks for the video.
I have just come across this video in my recommenced videos. So just come across your channel too. I am no big time YouTube or anything like that. My channel I am commenting with now is very small just now and I am trying my best to get through and just post videos that will and can be watched. The part about you saying not to give up and keep pushing through. Is exactly how I feel right now. Just the thought that my videos will not get watched after al the time and effort I put into them all. The feeling is there in my mind that will they even get watched and liked and people comment etc. But IO pus on through. So after your video of inspiration with what you said and the effort and time and money you have put into the house. It sure is inspiration for others to carry on through too.
I am not house expert. But what you and your brother have done. Truly awesome on a new level. It looks amazing and is well worth all the time, effort and money. Massive congrats and well done.
Thank you.
Thats really good for all the windows. I paid Β£5000 for just two bay windows 3 years ago.
@danahughes7026Great job!! Thank you SO much for sharing your journey!! I wish you shared footage of the outdoors.ππ»π©·ππ»

@Delores-x6jWow π²
@popurikuToo much english in this film! My ears are suffering!
@alex-lr6liWow, absolutely brilliant finish. The before footage was dismal at its best. Bravo.
@Jackie-rc6cjI can hear in your voice how expensive things seem to you. Feel better though. We put 22 windows in my house in Virginia. It cost $23k after getting multiple mid level estimates. Having the back yard regraded for the same issue you had was $2,000. Landscaping (and ours was a million times better to start than yours) was $4,000. I think you got great prices and it is beautiful
@KayceeChildress-ok5sgTo much motivational speech. Finally at restoring houses.
@discovery2727Mr Poopinbags made almost a half million? Bet he has a toilet that works now.
@hardypeasantstockCarnt believe they wanted you to chop a 200year old oak tree down. Bill gates got his hands in every pie π₯§
@deantivey9677Its an excellent transformation. Youre hard work has definitely paid off despite the expense.π
@MargaretStritzelPoor baby! You couldn't just rip out trees. Those meanies forced you to be respectful of environmental issues. Awwww!

@Hiro_30Really appreciate your no-nonsense, realistic talk! Itβs important to know how hard this is to do and how stressful.
@kimberlyhennessy429How haunted is this place lol
@OpposingTheShadowsSo, you are aware how costly it is to maintain a house like this but you still wonder why the previous owner stood in its state? Someone probably built it from nothing and sometimes it's hard to make changes via emotional views.
@gk3833So impressed with what your end result is awesome
@AnthonyKendrick-n1cOMG : Your courage.
@polyglotpressgΓ©nΓ©rΓ©e par l'IA ? compte tenu de la voix...
@alanpignolet8531Chris, you and your brother are such genius, and I love your commentary, you're a true inspiration to others in more ways than one, a real genuine person not here to show off or anything but to genuinely help others considering similar ventures...I just want to hug you right now!! Keep up this fantastic work as I salute you!!
