I just tried a tiny bar of store brought.....$14 for 95g......but its delicious.....kinda annoyed with myself because now im going toget fat
i've been seeing this dubai chocolate everywhere, in every form possible (cake, brownie, bread... even soft serve??). so i took it as a sign to finally try and make this $20 chocolate bar at home. is the price justified, and is it, worth the hype? we shall find out.
if you'd also like to give this a try, here's what i used:
Don't know if it's tempered because you cheated and put it in the freezer.😂
5oz kataifi
2 tbsp tahini
I love the taste and texture of this chocolate bar no wonder why there are so many ASMR Mukbang videos of it
2 tbsp butter
3 - 4 tbsp of sugar
you forgot about the sesame seed butter
pinch of salt
1 lb shelled pistachios (roasted)
I wish you had stuck to the recipe not all that unnecessary …. …. ….
1 cup chocolate

@yessicaplascencia2389I disagree on the cost dear, have you ever read the ingridents of the commercial pistachio cream? it is less than 20% nuts ^^. Also, they buy the chocolate in bulk and it is not a pure belgium chocolate or so. You have to cut the kataifi smaller then it is nicer to bite in but yours looked much better than the commercial, believe me it doesn't cost them 8 dolars, I've seen them doing it lol

@karensouza5963You made this look sooo easy so I decided to try it. The only thing, you don’t give a round about measurements for the clear oil you put into the blender with the Pistachio nuts. I did however, did about 1 tbsp of Coconut oil and 3 Tbsp of Tahini, 4 scoops of sugar. Turned out delicious! Took an hour to blend, scrape, blend, scrape, etc to get it to smooth consistency. I used Ghirardelli milk chocolate and also used Ghirardelli white chocolate for design. Took me about 2 hours to put together but well worth it! Thanks for sharing. 😊

@owaiskhwaja4319All that only made one? Im in the process of making one now. I made the pistaschio cream, shelled and deskinned myself. The work for that might just be worth the price you psy st tbe store to have it premade. But we’ll see. I also made the kataifi myself. Very easy. But until i try the store bought kataifi, i wont know if i got it right. Fingers crossed.

OK I've returned to this video just to rewatch since I've now tried a dubaco version, a CAKE with that filling would be INSANEEE
You could make nest out of the extra dough. Fry it and then put ice cream and fudge on top of it .
