“C1 means as if you studied French at university” … yeah i don't think that's true
i think the more realistic C1 experience is: still feeling limited and clumsy, but managing quite well for many practical use cases
my speaking level is B2+/C1 and i can have a simple conversation with a native speaker, but it will be quite boring for them because i won't have much personality in their language and i'm annoyingly slow, talking "around" an idea because i don't know the "native expression" or the ideal word, and i'm improvising a lot (to avoid blocking) which confuses them etc😆

@Emcekare369Fair play. Inspiring how you got stuck in even on your own.
@veritasquidestveritasnice video! thanks for the tips
@languagebffLet me speak an interesting story about my friends' experience related to French. Our company announced a scholarship program to study master in a French taught program in France. Also French Ambassador provided them daily French course five hours a day for one year. But unfortunately when they began studying in France they didn't understand lectures and therefore they had to stop their studying and return home. It is worth noting they began learning French from zero.
@romanisayev4826It doesn't work to learn a foreign language like a baby. First, most learners don't have a chance to communicate with natives as much as a baby. Second a five-year-old child knows a few thousands words and don't understand complex contents. And last, adults need to understand everything in order to be a competent user. Baby don't work, don't have to pass exam and so on.
@romanisayev4826Thank you for the sharing. I am also following Alexa to learn french, and its a good idea to watch the same video for at least 5 times. So happy to have the website Le Point, I will discover it!

@smrzgkThank you!!! 🖖
@vitamin7179thank you so much for altruistic sharing! don't be so annoyed by the fact that only french teachers know the website Le point du FLE, because now I and many of your viewers knew it thanks to you!
@mellowmellow07Did you learn more than two languages at the same time? I’m asking because you also mentioned Italian and Spanish. I’m in a similar situation, and although I’m pretty determined, it would really help to hear from someone who’s actually done it :)
@LevanSikharulidze-q9yThank you very much!
@reginavoskanyan9385Thanks!
@Beyond_AttemptsNah you're french undercover 😂😂 ton français est mieux que le mien
@elishaa2273Thank you for the video. My Spanish level is B1, the same is in Polish B1-B2 and I really lack at practice, the most difficult thing for me is to find native speakers to practice Turkish and French. I used Tandem before but it is really poorly accessible for blind users, I am totally blind. And I have no idea where to look for Turkish and French native speakers. Facebook is not really popular in Turkey.

@vsevapopov2The Learn French With Alexa A1 and A2 playlists only have 4-5 videos. Am I missing something, or has she changed them, or is that all there is (she does have a lot of other videos though).
@accentontheoffFantastic explanation, thank you!
@MinaILDARABADInan tu ment tes francais wsh c quoi cet accent 😭tu parle mieux francais que oim c une folie
@Mighty_StreamMerci bien! C'est exactement l'avis que j'ai cherche. Simple, logicale, facile a comprendre.
@georgeallaman7570Your French is not bad. What lacks you now is French soul. Maybe you could read French novels about relationship between French boys and French girls to catch it
@Loktro-f4zyour French and English are both perfect, but I came here to listen to your French and it was a massive letdown when you lapsed into English after a few seconds. But keep on with what you are doing if it works for you.
@richardmullins44Merci beaucoup!
