For the Chili's cheese sticks triple coat them and freeze them for an hour at minimum and then fry them just like that! Cheese should not ooze or if it does it's very minimal! So yummy!

Frappuccino cream base/ coffee base is just sugar that holds it together. Apparently u can do xantham gum too as a stabilizer so that they don't just separate ice from fluid
