Noodles originated in China and spread throughout Asia and eventually Italy. That's why every East and SE Asian nation havenoodles. It spread throughout the Region. But in Europe. it's mainly in Italy which indicates that noodles did not originate independently in Italy as they claim otherwise it would have spread throughout Europe.

India does have their own noodles like idiyappam and seviyan. India have more cuisine than whole europe combined. It's like take one state of India as a country and you will experience different food culture ,custom, tradition , language,script, different dialect of one language or different language in one state .And yeah so the food is different in each state it can be similar yet we have different cuisine. India have regional cuisine not regional food .Each state of India have different regional food because in every 100 km food change like weather.
