Sorry, but I think this is nowhere near Band 9. The pronunciation is very good, but there are frequent register inconsistencies. This is especially true with regard to her hedging strategies.

At that cue card it will go to band 8 easily number of times supoosed and instead using, apart from that in part not any high band words so i think it's an 8 or 8.5
