I live in Bali. The population is dense but it doesn't seem that way at all. You are always close to nature, even in the cities. My house is ten feet away from the rice fields.

Why is it in restaurants they come up to you or the table and in the middle of a conversation interrupt you or bother you with questions like is the meal good or take dishes away from the table even though there is plenty of room on the theme and you didn’t order anything more?
