@pfschuylerIran is a fake country named by the British. During the Qajar rule, we did not have a country with a name and a geography with the name Iran. Just 120 years ago, the British created the country of Iran in order to separate the borders of Greater Persia. They drew a line between the tribes, between the Turks and the Azeri, between the Kurds, between the Baluchis, between the Afghans, especially the Khorasanis, and then made a fake history for them, like Persepolis. While there used to be a Zoroastrian fire temple there, the British called it Persepolis. Importantly, they faked the identity of this geography and its entire history is fake. The Persian language is absolute for Afghans, not modern Iranians.
