Advice: any restaurant name contains the owrd "Tarihi" meand Historical or old, this is an expensive restaurant targeting the tourists not the local, stay away if you can.

Last year I traveled in Turkiye for 2 weeks. I cooked in my hotel rooms because the food in the restaurants is too expensive. I shopped from BIM or SOk and cooked for myself.

Given the rate of inflation compared to previous food videos in Istanbul from other creators, I think this will be my first and only trip to Istanbul.

It's so sad that food and tourist attractions prices had increased so much, In just about 2 years prices rises X3. I have visited Estambul few times but unfortunately I can't recommend it anymore.

I've been to the places you've featured except for Ali Baba, and yes all of your other recommendations are deliciously legit! The food is sooo good and the people are very nice especially the pide place in Hocapasa, its so good that we are flying back to Istanbul next week.

The ali baba restaurant has some terrible reviews on Google and you can see they are charging tourists an extra 10% service charge.

Guys very expensive. 1 plate kurufasülye,rice about 475 tl. Come on guys. Even in London is cheaper. 6 meatballs 570 tl that ridiculous.
