@BillNye-c4eIf you own a business in one location and want to switch it for the same business in another location, the game let's you do that with a discount - you usually get no credit for any upgrades, but you get around a 50% credit for the cost of the previous business when you try to buy the new business in the new location.
So, if someone does NOT have an Arcade, this is your opportunity to test if the FREE Arcade will give you a 50% cost credit towards a new location:
Claim the FREE Arcade first, then pick an Arcade in a new location and try to buy it - check to see if you will somehow be credited 50% of the cost of the free one. This would make it so that most Arcades are not just 40% off, but rather 70-90% off.
I asked AI and it told me that Rockstar has thought this through and the way the 50% credit works is not the value of the business but the price you PAID for it, so if you claimed it for free ($0) then you get 50% of the free value (50% of $0) which is still $0, so it should effectively nullify and not give you anything, but that's AI and is not always reliable...
I gave up on. It do to car saling crap 💩 so I just play a different game
