Excellent video! Thanks for sharing all this information and yes, it stands to reason. Americans love to eat McDonalds or have what they know when on vacation and expect everyone to speak their language instead of absorbing the culture fully, not a rip just facts.

Italian people said it is not necessary to have lots of cash, just 10 euros in coins is fine to avoid being pick-pocketed. Most places accept credit cards. Also, transport is probably the most stressful because of pickpockets... Also, for the cappuccino, there are no such untold rules as not drinking it after 11; no one cares.

This was very helpful, subscribed! I will admit though, I am disappointed to find out that Italy charges people for water at restaurants and limited bathrooms that you also pay for. Sounds like I’ll just have to be dehydrated so I don’t spend too much on water and bathrooms 😅

I am Sicilian and Genovese. I do not want to travel to Italy to eat only pasta, pizza and bread. Makes my stomach turn just thinking about it. I really want to eat MEATS and veggies. Some pasta , but not every day. Mama Mia!

Why do they add the extra step of needing to validate a train ticket? We don't do that in the U.S.
