@ColinBeckmanThis is my first time cooking turkey this year. So I have chosen this recipe mixed another butter basting recipe.
So my question is: I put some cooked ground turkey to put on neck area and put one halved onion on the other end đ. Is that considered a stuffed turkey? I did hear Jamie say that he has a recipe for a stuffing.
So I am confused. My turkey weighs about 18-20lbs. There was no weight information on package. I looked everywhere.đ
Jamie can I combine your toast duck recipe with the grapes and apply it to the turkey ? đȘ thought ?

@ochanyajosephine6286I followed this recipe last year and itâs the first time Iâve ever had moist turkey! Will be doing it again this year đŠ đ đ» Thank you, Jamie!
@therunningfirefighterI cook my Turkey on the lowest temperature through the night covered with foil then take it off for the last 45 minutes to brown it off on a higher temperature for the last 20years just like my dad when he was alive at home,so tender & juicy.đ
@vivprice6828what tempature should the thermometer read?
@johnbrown1298That butter suppose to go under the skin on the breast...otherwise it will melt off in the first 10 minutes
@robert3741Came here because someone recommended this video for the "perfect" turkey. However I have never heard of letting a turkey rest for 2 hours. That's just asking for food poisoning.
@cleoburrowsAnyone knows, why the turkey has to be cooled? Can't it also be served hot?
@mk00918Does anyone have stuffing recipe?
@mariekostava2150Thank you this is a lovely inspiring video. My turkey is going to be epic.
@AlphabetKatePainWhy in heavens name would you rest your cooked turkey for two hours unless the point is to serve it cold?
@lilyk5330Can you come to Malta and do it for us please
@katievalletta7321Isnt 70 degrees to less for Turkey??
@simonsagtheyNo way is anyone at my house letting a cooked turkey sit untouched for two hours. Maybe Iâll try it by myself sometime!
@1965JBMeh, after watching this, and seeing him screw up chicken fried rice,...I'm going to stick to Gordon Ramsay's Christmas Turkey
@billiouxeI hate aluminium foil, its dangerous for body..sorry jamie this recipe not my favorite
@vikingmeteoraIt was quick and practical, thanks
@ranaisman9537It wonât be cold. You have to put it under foils AND A THICK TOWEL.
The turkey will be steaming hot. Promise.
