3. In 2nd phase lower the another 40 stories adjacent to 1st 40 stories. Settle the second phase on ground.

So Burj Khlifa-1, 2, 3. Would be 3 new tower.
Same could be still used for occupant need.

@lasarith2arab states and their obsession with showy vanity projects like these megaconstructions is really a theft from its future generations, where the considerable oil wealth is not invested in proven, durable socioeconomic developments like education, healthcare, and social benefits but instead siphoned off to entertain foreign billionaires. all this hedonism is also only enabled by exploitation of migrant workers. this is a building channel so its not expected that this unsavory aspect is discussed, but it's inextricably linked to the grandiose scale of these projects that drives interest to them.

@convoy-73At some point, there will be an accident, due to the extreme height. Then laws will be instituted regarding how high you can build. Save some trouble, and institute the laws now
