Hmmm, I've put some thought into my personal jet-fuel resilience. A trip to Rimini, in a few weeks is 'DIY'. EasyJet should be OK; being British, its aircraft can 'tank', taking enough fuel for both legs. If the flights are cancelled, I'll ferry & train, so I don't waste my hotel booking.
To Kefalonia in June, on a 'package'. If Tui can't fly me, I should get a full refund.
And to Singapore in September. SQ's flights from London seem unaffected and Singapore refines jet-fuel locally.
Haven't booked? A package-holiday looks like being the smart move this summer.

@AussieAlli25It’s not the physical shortage of jet fuel - it just fuel getting expensive so short-haul flights may become not profitable so airlines cut them first. But it’s really 2-6% of total flights, judging from Lufthansa and what’s going on with Canadian carriers
