RIP Sam Neil 🙏
In Steven Spielberg's massive blockbuster, paleontologists Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and mathematician Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) are among a select group chosen to tour an island theme park populated by dinosaurs created from prehistoric DNA. While the park's mastermind, billionaire John Hammond (Richard Attenborough), assures everyone that the facility is safe, they find out otherwise when various ferocious predators break free and go on the hunt.

@ValeriaKarlaThe Sound Mixing and Editing in this movie is some of the best in the history of cinema. Any film that would've won the Oscar over this that year would've been highway robbery. I can only imagine being in the theaters during this scene alone.

What I love about this scene and the movie is that the dinosaurs are literally animals, there’s no placed tension or rex on a rampage, just stalking from the shrubbery waiting to ambush the flock for a meal JUST LIKE lions hunting wildebeest. This animal behavior I feel was lost in the Jurassic World movies as well as from even the 2nd and 3rd movies

@AkarapuvarivantilluJurassic Park has been, and will forever be, one of my favorite movies of all time. I have probably seen it 200 times in my 39 years of life, and hope to watch it 200 more times. The visual effects, writing, and pure attention to detail were astronomically amazing for a movie made in 1993

@mariaaparecidanacimentoAs amazing now as it was in the theater back in 1993. Maybe ILMs best work. The lack of dinosaur scenes gave us a sense of mystery and made these moments special.
