He makes an agreement, or a deal, like he did with Mexico and Canada, then reneges on it.
Then he does not like something, so adds tariffs to all countries including penguin colonies, then reduces these tariffs. Then makes another deal.
Now only a few months later he suggests another tariff because his feelings were hurt.
This is not how countries work within global financial markets.
They need stability, so they can work on long term goals and strategies.
He is just turning everyone off doing any business with USA.
This is not making USA great.

He was calm, eloquent, intelligent and quietly strong while making his case. Vance and Rubio sat there stunned and mute, while trump had nothing to say. It was clear as day to me in that moment that Carney will be trump's worst nightmare. And here we are.
