It seems it's only in the US and the worst of the tyrannical dictatorships that a felon, a confirmed traitor, a child rapist and child trafficker and a clinical psychopath can continue being president. In any other sane country he would have been frog marched out of the government buildings in five minutes in chains and imprisoned for life. He wouldn't even have gotten near an election either.

If the president is above the law, what about the SCOTUS which enabled that to happen? They must be 2 levels above the law. Even The President can only be in power upto 2 terms

@Boomboom3885-k5fSupreme Court needs legislation to control what isn’t in the constitution. Presidential elections need a review….the appointment of a slate of electors based on who wins the popular vote in a state is flawed.
I know the electoral college is largely misunderstood, but ultimately the majority of founding fathers didn’t appear to want the President to be a popular vote, political appointment. As long as the electoral college has an uneven number of members, direct voting for electors (say similar to senate) would make sense…..with the top allocated number of electors getting the job. So if a state has 19 votes, the top 19 electors get the job.
