It's a bit off for me, cause we know that we have an amazing, knowledgeable and full of wisdom God.
Are you're calling those MERCY and GRACE that follows you everyday. CRAZY
I understand the new generation, using that word "CRAZY" as an expression (being normal) whether it's a negative compliment or positive compliment, but using that word in describing God's indescribable attributes, for me it's off.
The writers of the Word of God back then, they are so carefully and miticulously used word when translating the bible into our own language, so maybe in our own too.
Wether we are writing songs, preaching, or even in our daily conversation.
For me, using that word, it feels like this.
"Hey, you're crazy beautiful." rather than saying " Hey, you're stunningly beautiful"
"You're crazy so good my friend"
"You're very good my friend"
