Does Krystal Ball really seem like the kind of person who would just come straight out and say "Oh yeah, I completely owned Jillian Michaels and made her look like she was mentally challenged. I'm not surprised she didn't want to air that episode" or does she seem more like the kind of person who would try to be as nice as possible towards other hosts/people she's worked with no matter how contentious the debate might have been? I am leaning towards the latter.

Krystal's not going to brag on this. It's Jillian Michaels. She's a nobody in the political landscape, so destroying her is not a huge thing, but it's also not abnormal for Krystal Ball to hold her own in discussing politics. Virtually anybody is a lightweight on the topic compared to her. She's also a professional, so she's not going to think of it as a smackdown, necessarily. She literally just did her thing, as always, which is to annihilate her opponent(s) and walk away unscathed. She even said what they recorded felt dated, which must mean with Charlie being murdered, it probably wasn't as relevant (dependent on what they were talking about specifically).

Jillian Michaels claiming that things were unbalanced just means that she isn't that smart on the subject and in any things I've seen her in over the last year or so in discussing Israel, she is very emotional but not at all good at pushing the Zionist viewpoint. But also, of course she got dogwalked by Krystal, so all of this means she's going to feel triggered over the whole "debate", way moreso than Krystal who was probably just having a normal Tuesday going on that show. Nothing special there.

And to be fair, "Her Take" is about as weak as "The View", if not weaker, in terms of debate. And I will add that Ana Kasparian - even with her heel turn towards the right - has been anti-Zionist relatively consistently, so even with two other dummies sitting up there with Jillian Michaels, you got Ana and Krystal there. Ana's smart, even if she's been a bad person in recent years, so on the subject of Israel, having Ana and Krystal together in agreement, is enough to blow up the debate for Zios. They have no chance when everyone has an equal chance to speak. So, it will be unbalanced in that way, but Krystal could give a beatdown on the topic on her own. Clearly.
