I like it because the actor talks about his social media addiction and how he solved the problem.
For example, the actor uninstalls Instagram because he spends too much time scrolling and he is worried about what people are saying about him.
It is similar to situation in real life, but people do nothing to change.
i recommend this podcast becuase hepl to people with addiction with social networks.
