I used to live on 32nd and fulton and I didn't hate the fog.
I don't think I would have considered the richmond or the outer sunset but now that the great highway and golden gate park are bikeable with kids it doesn't seem like a bad place to live.
I'd miss all the sun we get in Noe tho.

I love your video and your description about the neighborhoods but this used to be Sf 4 years go. Now crime is the worst and the homeless problem is getting out of hand. I've been living in Sf for 12 years and will probably move out soon. I love the parks but I'll say it's a city for young people now a days. Downtown and Soma are dangerous and Tenderloin got worst.

Starting rents in these areas are $3000/mo, parking is a nightmare, public transportation is dangerous, ,encampments are being moved not resolved, and open-air drug use is ramped. They now have a trust-fund(heir to the Levi Strauss) kid as Mayor. Good luck with your move. I live the Bay Area—over 50yrs, so I have real insight into the areas.
