🌸 Instead of throwing away in the sink the orange juice and milk after the pasta are cook, thicken the orange juice with a roux to make a sauce and throw in some fried chicken pieces for a delicious Orange chicken and the hot milk just put a couple spoons of choco powder in for a hot chocolate milk. It would be smarter to take a vegetable and dehydrate it, put it into a food processor and turn it into a powder. then take that powder and incorporate it into the flour to bring out the flavors more. Alternatively, you could make a puree out of whatever food you wanted, then incorporate that into your flower and egg mixture for your dough. That would make the flavor profile pop.

Honestly, I have the same pot and it boils over everytime I place the lid on. The ventilation design is just not smart.

To anyone looking for advice on some other GOOD pasta alternatives: Pumpkin, squash and even zucchini pasta tastes great!! Squash and zucchini are more light and taste like how they taste but warmer ha. But we used pumpkin to make Gnocchi’s in my family many many times and they are delicious! (Italian family btw we make it from scratch and yum!). Loved seeing this fun video and all the other creative foods Saf and Tyler come up with!!

Ummm 😅 I’m not a chef or anything but the one with pickle juice pasta. It can actually turn it into salad…. Add some olive oil, some fresh sliced vegetables garnish to balance out the sourness and add some pickled cucumbers… i think it might work as salad pasta… add tomato or herbal parsley… maybe I’m just tripping and excited for seeing such experiment…
