this is entirely based on the chord progressions of pachabel's canon in D,
and the opening line is exactly the melody and rhythm of the opening line of pachabel's canon in D

El Pino:En una olla grande, calienta el aceite o manteca y sofríe la cebolla a fuego medio hasta que esté transparente. Agrega el ají de color, el orégano, el comino, sal y pimienta. Añade la carne, revuelve bien y cocina hasta que cambie de color. Espolvorea la cucharada de harina para espesar el jugo y cocina por unos 5 minutos más. Retira del fuego, deja enfriar y refrigera (idealmente de un día para otro).2. La Masa:En un bol, pon la harina y la sal. Haz un hueco en el centro y agrega la manteca tibia, el vino blanco y un poco de agua tibia. Mezcla y amasa sobre una superficie lisa hasta obtener una masa suave y elástica. Forma bolas de unos \(100 \text{ g}\) y estíralas con un uslero para formar discos de unos \(20 \text{ cm}\) de diámetro y \(3 \text{ mm}\) de grosor.3. Armado y cocción:Coloca un disco de masa y añade al centro una porción generosa de pino frío. Agrega encima un trozo de huevo duro, una aceituna y un par de pasas. Humedece los bordes de la masa con agua, dobla por la mitad cubriendo el relleno y presiona los bordes para sellar bien. Dobla las esquinas hacia el centro para darle su clásica forma. Pincela con huevo batido por encima y hornea a \(180 \text{ °C}\) por 25 a 30 minutos, hasta que estén doradas.Para ver la técnica exacta del repulgue y evitar que se salga el relleno al hornear:
