Interesting. I'd like to see a street view shot of the 'anomaly' walking along the side of the mall for scale. I have an issue with excusing occurrences with, 'just a (weird) coincidence.' Inexplicable occurrences, whilst often weird by their very nature are sometimes described as coincidences, as there is a lack of in-depth irrefutable evidence as a solid explanation. I think there's more to this than meets the eye. A citywide call? I'd certainly see such as a diversion of law enforcement resources to aid a crime's success elsewhere. Something is off. And on a lighter note - who's the guy hiding behind you in the closet? I could swear I saw a glimpse of a silencer. Perhaps it was just the brief shadow of a camera lens.
