Alot of these tv or movie apps are piracy and reedited versions for more horror and shouldnt. These are taking money on movies that are past copyrights stage. Which did mean they were free to edit but free to watch too. No, these movies or series are not real experiences we have to go through. How we do things in Life really is important. How you treat people is important too.

Having bought a cheap 32inch TCL S5400 Android TV a couple of weeks back, I've been looking for useful apps for it. A number of the apps I've installed are mentioned in this video.

One TV related app I use a lot, not mentioned, isn't an app for installing on a TV, but rather is installed on your Android phone, Bluetooth Remote, which I downloaded from F-DROID.

It's an Android TV remote control app, with mouse capability. It can replace the basic, commonly used functionality of your supplied remote, but not all of the controls manufacturers like to add to remotes. I don't know if it would play nice with tvQuickActions.

Its mouse mode is what I got it for, however. I was after something that would make using a web browser on AndroidTV, less painful. In mouse mode, you can use it as a classic trackpad mouse, or as an air mouse, but you ABSOLUTELY need a phone with a gyroscope to make use of its air mouse facility. It has mouse up and down buttons, to replicate a scroll wheel. And best of all, it's free cost and is ad free.

For must have apps for installing on your TV, I'm surprised you didn't mention anything in the area of file management. As soon as you start looking at sideloading, or simply playing media files from a USB drive, having a file manager becomes important. On all of my Android devices, I run the paid version of FX File Explorer. It works a treat on Android TV, and makes it a breeze to manage the drives I've got plugged into a 4 port USB hub on my TV.

FX File Explorer and its licence app are both on Google Play. If you have an installable backup of your FX File Explorer license app, then that happily sideloads, and is acknowledged by the main app.

0:00 - Intro

Finally tvqa is here By using "TV quick Actions Well You Can pretty much do anything possible you may can do with any device with a screen it kinda puts a tv on par with a PC in a way not fully but is fair enough maybe half way cuz the PC is and will for ever be king of all devices it can schedule stuff to happen as or when you want such as playing a movie or Live or recorded show by a timer so you will never miss it which is a macro 1 of the Most powerful things of modern technology which voice assistants are based from it can change frame rate open apps with TV remotes including air mouse's and tv mini keyboards or regular keyboards it can make all kinds of stuff happen with a button & with time such as Launch apps on a quick instant all kinds of special menus to keep/hold your favourite used apps & games in one place for immediate access

0:12 - How to BECOME a LEGEND!

0:33 - Why we chose these apps

I love Projectivity Launcher: I happily paid the asking price, even for the non-essential features, as it's not a requirement. I use it on both my sluggish Sony Bravia TV and, more importantly, my 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro. The randomized backgrounds are a nice perk, but what I truly appreciate is the snappy, minimalist interface without any ads, unlike Roku or Amazon. Everything is more efficient, faster, and simply more enjoyable! Just wanted to let you know that there are no ads, and paying for this app is entirely up to you.

What tv box should I buy? Why does no trusted channel make videos regarding the topic? Why is Xiaomi the only brand producing tv boxes (quite bad ones actually)?

Moonlight used to be better than Steam Link but now Steam Link is much better.

Hello there, like the video. One of my favorite app is Kodi. Works flawless on my tv. I can see tv shows, Movies, music videos etc... Awesome. Thanks again

The worst experience I have on Android TV is the lack of easy way to close apps running in the background. Do you have any app recommendations to close background apps like in a normal android device? The one I downloaded from the Google store is an absolutely nightmare and you have to do several clicks and menu selections to be able to close 1 app

I'm a simple man, I see stremio, I put a thumbs up. Jokes aside, really cool apps. As of today I use 3 out of the 8 apps you suggested, Projectivy Launcher, Smarttube and Moonlight. Just installed Aerial Views, really cool. If I may suggest something else, rather then using Send Files to TV, I switched to using LocalSend, which is open source and relies on the fact that both the recepient and the sender are on the same network, which is very likely in your home. Cool video!

Why wasn't Cloudstream mentioned? Hands down best for streaming when you can't find movies on mainstream platforms.
