Have ever wondered why natural disasters never occurred in these two places in the last 15 years ; Dalian and Fuzhou.

I saw it was declared a 90 mph tornado. That does not look like 90 mph damage. Those houses at 2:20 were made of concrete blocks. They were gutted. This is easily a tornado with winds over 130 mph, if not more.

Also by the looks of this tornado from far away, you could tell it was stronger than 90 mph. Tornadoes with 90 mph winds are always ropey and wispy. This one did not look like that at all. It looked like a classic wedge tornado, the strongest of the bunch.
