"if only that horse would have won, I would have paid everyone back"
Even after everything hes telling us, he still doesn't get that he would have turned around and lost that money on gambling.
Still addicted, still dangerous.

It takes bravery to admit these publicly. It shows how much you're willing to kump out of this cycle. Rooting for you!
@HighStakesHealingSomething to know is that candida overgrowth produces acetaldehyde which causes an imbalance of neurotransmitters that play a role in addiction including behavioral addictions. It can also cause alcohol cravings. A good book to read are End Your Addiction Now by Charles Gant, MD & Greg Lewis.
@jenniferjohnston6022A drinker will eventually stop a gambler wonāt itās the worst addiction ever
@Efan-PaulHe seems to be sincere but really he lost the plot a long time ago. Another pathetic loser story. Gaming and control can be difficult.
@Anthony-t1r9eI won over Ā£500,000 ten yrs ago. Only kept half. Didnāt start til I was 50. Iām 70 now. Itās always there. Terrible addiction.
@Lambsy523If he won that bet he would not have paid anyone back, he would have eventually lost that money as is always the case in problem gambling. Itās a relentless disease and one our country needs to take much more serious, as evidenced by it having the highest unaliving rates of any addiction.
@heiltecn9neWhat a nightmare. I wish him all the best š
@Cooperm0905You have to tell yourself that the majority of bets placed by people are not life changing if they winā¦ā¦this is a good mind tool to make a person stopā¦.you soon realise that placing a 10p bet has the same buzz as 100 poundsā¦..and neither will change your life financially if successfulā¦ā¦also itās a good idea to share your bank account with a family member
@petershort8975Last 2 years I've fell down a whole - gambling a consistent 2k a month (17k april 2025 (regambling winnings) I've just signed up for gamstop for 5 years - will be tough, but it'll be about finding healthier vices.
@Oskars94this is about addiction not just gambling. Some people enjoy it without losing control. Same with Alcohol
@GaryRobertson-g1mExcellent advise!!
@lindaking2031gambling should be banned. itās worse than drugs
@DRAYWAY2WAYEver notice casinos with the worst odds?
@basicwalleyeinThe first two words give away this video's false premise. "I decided..." His choice. Freedom. Celebrate it.
@marcelomay456112:10

@alanfolmsbee4916This video has changed my life . Thank you
@AxumgrindDay 1 of no bets
@musicmangostudiosYo, I canāt even explain how badly I needed this video to reach me. I watched the whole thing yesterday, and last night I finally decided: itās now or never.
Iāve been struggling with gambling addiction for over 5 years, and honestly, itās painful to admit how much it has taken from me. Iāve wasted so much money, so much time, and itās caused way too many arguments with my wife. Looking back now, I realize gambling has probably been the reason Iāve been so stressed, defensive, and quick to start arguments.
Today, Iām 1 day gamble-free.
The urges have definitely been there, but for the first time in a long time, my heart and my body are telling me not to go back. And Iām listening. Iām incredibly thankful for that feeling.
I also set up an automatic transfer each month to my savings account today ā $150. It may not sound like much, but instead of throwing that money away, Iām finally investing in my future. Hopefully that number keeps growing šŖ
If anyone sees this later in the year, I hope youāll reply and check in on me. I truly want this to be the beginning of a different life.

My pal just lost Ā£500 and tells me he knows what he is doing, itās sad to see.
@JamesDavis-2025Iām not sure if Iām addicted to this extent but for the last 3 years Iāve played the lottery on the Jackpocket app and in 3 years I spent about $2700 on tickets. The routine really messed me up rather than the amount I spent, since I already had mental health issues. Iāve put a limit on the app and I want to completely quit.
@horizonikaItās miracle this guy didnāt kill himself I was pissed about losing 4k which is my life savings
@spikediesel2489I bet he wonāt do that again
@heaveauhu1335gambling has ruined my life fr hope I recovers
@19metro_Casinos are designed to control a gambler's emotions. At first they let you wināthat feeds you. But later on, you end up chasing your losses, and you can never get the money back.
Casinos really do bank on that ānear winā feeling to keep people hooked.
I got an online casino ad when I clicked on this video
@donGripoYou talk quite boring
@user-7jlrcClick on this video and itās nothing but gambling ads. This is sick and I hope all these sites get exactly what they deserve
@myyyytThey keep saying "ruined my life", they never say how they ruined other's life that didn't took part in their addiction.
@AndreeaCeThanks for sharing this story!
@VadaZoraRevaNovaIām a professional poker player who has made millions in poker, instead of setting myself up for a good life I lose all my money in online slots and sports betting, I never lost more than I can afford I never been in debt and Iām not broke yet, but if I donāt stop I know I will end up that way. I lost 500k in the last week alone which is about 35% of my net worth and lost about 4 million in the past year. All I do is watch podcasts and try to live through other peoples experiences and try to stop before itās too late but it doesnāt help and I donāt know what to do.
@brandonl7259The Muslims have the best approach to gambling
@yusuf04About 40k down myself from roulette but I havenāt lost it if I donāt stop gambling Iāll get it back šš«

@trol6648I met the manager of a local betting shop at a cafƩ over breakfast. I got chatting with him and innocently asked him " is there any way to win and stack the odds in your favour?"......his answer was " stay the fuck away from it". That was enough for me.
@Jungleland33One person told me as soon as u stop gambling u start winning bco, u can finally see your money ā¤
@leylar.2114Guys, stop betting now. It changed my life forever, itās the most beautiful gift towards yourself.
@johnnyjean4285If heād won he would have never have paid everyone back!!
@Bleakositybefore i started gambling house was paid off with about 400 grand in cash. now at 74 i owe roughly 250000 with no savings trying to come back. don't let this happen to you
@jamesbuco4997i have quit gambling but the haem is done .i am 74 tears old. gambling has ruined my life. if you gamble STOP. its the only solution. it took a long time to quit
@jamesbuco4997Gambling is like winning the lottery over and over and over again. The feeling is the same and take a look at the track record of lottery winners.
@MrEbhartley20 years ago I've bet £1 on sport bets and won £1230...since then I'm betting half of what I earn working, maybe more. I'm in debt, have no friends, try to comit suicide 3 times and hate to live. Now I just wait for my time to go. I'm just wasting life
