I wonder why Djoko didnt use drop shots as much in this match, they seemed to work in the previous years encounter. also, seemed like he was using a much heavier racquet which gave him more plough through but less manouvrability and spin which probably isn't good against Rafe. Rafa played exceptionally well as usual at RG, but seemed like Djoko didnt use the best tactics.

Current players need learn to slice till far back court. Now adays they sliced just to get in. Attacking sliced like Nadal and novak changes the game suddenly become attacking mode from defend.

2.40 shot Nadal did it as Novak did to Nadal previous match as well. They both can read each other shots. Amazing.

There is no doubt that both of these men with Federer could be argued the greatest of all times, but if Nadal had not have missed so much and often played with injury I think figures wise he would be ahead.

It's odd to me Alcaraz gets credit for bringing the drop shot back when both of these guys were hitting plenty of drop shots in 2022.

I don't think Novak thought he'd found a way to surpass the greatest level and dominance of any athlete in a tournament in sport history after facing an unrecognizable and injured Nadal in, not that much but still, 2021 and especially in 2015... Right? LMFAO. This is what you get in the true, hardest tennis surface with Nadal on autopilot and just barely healthy.

Este momento en la historia del tenis es realmente importante, el último torneo donde hubo 2 integrantes del Big3 en activo y competitivos. En este momento , Nadal es completamente argumentable como el GOAT. El tiempo por números convirtió a Nole en el GOAT indiscutible , tiene todos los títulos , sería injusto decir que no lo es pero si aislamos las carreras de los 3 , Federer ganó muchos sin Nole y Rafa de oposición , Nole ganó los 4 últimos sin Rafa ni Roger (Y alguno mas ya que Federer ya no estaba y Rafa estaba ausente en 3/4 GS desde que acabó 2019) mientras Nadal ganó TODOS sus Grand Slams en la era de Federer , en la era de los 3 o en la era de Djokovic. Dicho esto, mis conclusiones son:

- Nole y Rafa han sido indiscutiblemente superiores a Federer
- Nole es el GOAT
- Nadal ha sido el mejor de los 3 (Y si, suena contradictorio pero es totalmente argumentable)
- Federer ha jugado al tenis mas perfecto en la historia

Esto es solo una opinión pero tengo argumentos sólidos para decir esto y no es ninguna barbaridad.
