Nature: Hoh Rain Forest in Washington State
Video Overview & Insights
We leave you this Sunday morning deep in the Hoh Rain Forest on the Olympic Peninsula in western Washington state. Videographer: Lance Milbrand.
This IS a beautiful and amazing place. However, too many useless influencers out there ruined it by getting other useless influencers out here. Now, you sit and wait 2 or more hours to even get in. I love my PNW parks, forests, and campgrounds, but without anyone to watch, monitor, and help restrict the amount of visitors coming in at a time, it's worse than a trip to Disneyland.

I imagine this is the closest we can get to the sounds of Eden. I live 4.5 hrs from this wonderous place.

Forgot to show the 1000s of tourists clambering around. That said, it is all the more reason to properly fund DOI-NPS for visitor service staff and maintenance staff. Protect our public lands!

In 1971, I took my new Bride to the Hoh for a week honeymoon. A tent, sleeping bag, and a cooler full of food were all we had. Rustically Romantic Remembrances...❤️🔥
