*Near TC* CHP Traffic Break for a Traffic Collision

Said it before, the BOB's can't drive and should never be allowed to drive anywhere in the USA, But since they are cheap slave Labor to replace USA born workers, and the State makes money from the registration fee, Gas fees, Oil Change changes, Tire fees, license fee, They are allowed to bring every member of their family into the USA and drive in the USA, putting everyone at risk, including law enforcement. The BOB almost hit the CHP vehicle with its overhead emergency lights on, Who but a "BOB" drives so fast toward any police vehicle that has its overhead emergency lights on and can't follow basic, simple instructions. The "BOB's" have killed people across the USA driving trucks. No one in the USA on an H1B Visa should be allowed to drive in the USA, these Bob's have killed people and then run back home, avoiding any consequences.

These truckers are professionals drivers. How do they not know? CHP and DOT need to enforce more against bad truck drivers. Matter fact, the numbnuts trucker here should be fined a penalty.

I was a fsp operator alot of times i was first on scene did the TIMS class it was helpful to know how to deal with vehicle placement and cone patterns

Another example of why hard shoulders are needed. (The breakdown lane I think you call it). EMS need to get to incident scenes and having obstructions such as traffic, road furniture and raised cycle lanes and dividers all get in the way.
In the UK LED message boards (if fitted) are often used in the place of arm signals or together , with a 'do not pass' text. And now after a scene you will get a 'thank you' ! Nice catch with this clip 👍
