and of course these are people in masks with no real identification so how is any law abiding citizen to know that he is not being attacked by a ordinary group of thugs.

It’s one thing to watch a video frame by frame — it’s another to see it completely overturn the initial narrative about what happened to him.

@

Lol "as you can see in this video, long before he's actually shot, he has nothing in his hands" 🤔🤔🤔
Yeah, no kidding that's why they didn't shoot him when he was standing there with nothing in his hands. It's almost like they didn't open fire until his gun was revealed, and he started to reach behind his back.
Honestly, I don't care what side you're on, if you believe a video analysis like this BS that tries to make him seem innocent because his hands are empty long before anything happens, you're part of the problem.

That decision looks like a bad decision. It might be nice to get the toxicology reports for every officer involved in that shooting. (ICE and CBP is comprised of criminal white nationalist mercenaries. DHS should dismantled and restructured so that no executive can abuse power this way ever again.).

Videos evidence Pretti interjecting himself, impeding ICE operations. All 3 women should be charged with federal offenses, and their actions that attributed to Pretti's demise.

THIS IS A "CLEAR" CASE... of ICE agents "escalating" this situation. Then, the DOJ attempts to smear this man's good character! Shame on ALL of them!

Immigration people should behave with professionalism, showing their faces and badges and being kind and courteous and considerate of people's feelings, like most of our law enforcement professionals have always done here in America. Because Ice has not done this, it has lost the trust of most American people. Drastic positive changes should be made. And those changes should include ALL hate filled trigger happy thug types of people being removed from Ice, and Ice staying completely out of at least the democrat communities, which Trump has been using them to target and harass. The real criminals can be caught by our professional law enforcement agencies (local police, state police and FBI) that are not a threat to the American people. Military men and angry masked Ice thugs do not belong in the policing of our communities. They just don't.

Yeah right...watch him once he got pepper sprayed, sad grabbing at the agent could have looked like trying to take a weapon etc, but after being sprayed he looked like he was going for pockets or waist area...elbows bent🄺🚩🚩🚩

They guy killed Pretti in cold blood. He knew, he saw very well that the gun was taken from Pretti by the other agent. The coward shot him in the back and he kept shooting his defenseless body. WT actual F?? He murdered him. It's a first-degree murder, years in prison. Wake up, America! Yesterday was Pretti, tomorrow it can be any of you.

@lolazmrola

I had no idea about the whistles until now. The pitch and volume of those is damaging. Ears are an organ that does not heal and hearing damage is debilitating. Auditory assault is not right and not the answer. Same goes for LRAD. This is wrong.

@MikeYeung-z7r
@

I'd also like to point out that while they are falsely saying Alex attacked them, how dangerous and stupid it was for those officers to fire WITH SO MANY OF THEIR OWN SO CLOSE BY. Not only did you murder someone who wasn't attacking you and then lied about it, you put your own people in harm's way. Those officers are morons at the very least and should not be in a position of power whatsoever.

@mladyhazel
@

5:10 No, it’s not ā€œshowing that not all the officers seem to know the weapon had been removedā€. They were clearly panicking, moving his body in a quick panicked motion because they thought that they were just part of murdering an unarmed man and suspected there was NO gun at all, not that it hadn’t been removed.

@m.g.l.df.749

Nice editing! Clip out the parts showing the muliple times he and the women were told to leave the street, because they were interfering in a police operation, but cursed, screamed, and harassed the officers, and refused to leave, resulting in their physical removal. And definitely edit out the part for the viewers right before the officer pepper-sprays him, where Pretti approaches the officer from the side and blocks the officer making contact with his right elbow, and inserts himself between the officer and the woman, pushing with his right elbow, contacting the officer, resulting in the pepper-spray. And forget to mention that the officers were trying to restrain him to the ground, but he was fighting them trying to get up. When you actively THREATEN officers, disobey orders to safely remove yourself from an active police operation, appear to attack a woman and drag her while resisting arrest, elbow a police officer, physically block them by interferring, have prior history of violence, vandalism, and harassment towards officers... get warned by your parents to NOT GO, especially with a loaded weapon, and purposely leave your ID and gun license at home.... very tragic! A series of very unfortunate decisions!

@ronysmith1
@

Wrongfully shot? Mehhh yes and no. They yelled he had a gun, this would indicate to me he had one in his hand, not on his hip. Miscommunication seems to have gotten him wrongfully shot and killed. Was it an accident? Seems to be.

"The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command. His heart sank as he thought of the enormous power arrayed against him, the ease with which any Party intellectual would overthrow him in debate, the subtle arguments which he would not be able to understand, much less answer. And yet he was in the right! They were wrong and he was right."

Thanks for the break down of what is not only murder by domestic terrorists, but but a savage beating, a clear violation of what this administration says they are out there protecting, the sloppiest most hatred filled law enforcement I've ever seen, and a clear defamation of character by those perpetrating those acts. Overly aggressive masked thugs. Severely undertrained and escalating a situation. Executing an American civilian in broad daylight. And then…an administration that tries to blame it all on the victim and gaslighting the nation. Remarkable and horrific at the same time.

"New York Times video journalists provide a revealing and unforgettable view of the world. It's all the news that's fit to watch." Stick to calmly reporting facts, much like in this video. Shouting "murder",or "he asked for trouble himself" are unhelpful headlines.
