End of an Era is a DVD/BLU-RAY/double CD from Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish. It's recorded at the Hartwall Arena in Helsinki, Finland, on October 21, 2005. End of an Era is the final Nightwish production to feature Tarja Turunen on vocals.

It's only now that I realize that Tarja was and remains an extraordinary singer, and in this video she showed how much she knows and can do. They should have kept her in the band along with Floor.

@marksydor3108Nightwish came to my city in Canada and did a concert I went to (with Anette). After the concert I walked the streets all euphoric from the concert and saw Nightwish's trailer and Tuomas was sitting there in front in a monk pose meditating. He was friendly but seemed very stoic at the same time. All of a sudden Marko busts out of the trailer with a beer in each hand cheering. Emppu Jukka, and Anntte were already in bed apparently. Anyway, both Marko and Tuomas were so awesome and took pictures with me, talked with me, and signed my cds. One of them was this End of an Era CD. One of the coolest days of my life. I wish I would have been at this concert. Tarja was so awesome and Marko complimented her very well. I can tell you I would have been crying with emotion for most of this concert. Ever Dream is my favourite Nightwish song, and this is my favourite version.
