Yes, young students were hired from Pakistan but they were funded by CIA and this movement of resistance against the USSR gained momentum after US aid and money. US prompted the local Afghans against the USSR, gave them weapons and ammunitions and promised them that they'll have it their way in stabilizing Afghanistan but what US did is that once USSR left afghanistan, US turned it's back on them. Try to be a little more informed about the history, I know you've got your feud against Pakistan and don't want to make your daddy US angry but still you see that's how it started!

Besides, the Taliban is Pakistan's own creation and so, Pakistan will not be able to accuse India of arming and training [the Pakistani Taliban] terrorists because that would make Pakistan an even bigger terrorist since Pakistan created, armed, and trained this group.
